PKR wants Kedah state govt 2 lower UUM's quit rent too

Even its coalition partner PKR has joined the fray of urging the PAS-led Pakatan Rakyat govt to lower quit because of its role as a centre of academic excellence in the state.
State govt should not be arrogrant and said it was Barisan Nasional govt which set the quit rent amount to evade the responsibility.
State govt knows very well land matter, water, forestry, local govt and religion come under state juridiction.
How UUM manage the Federal allocation has none of the business of state government.
Kedah state govt should concentrate its role in the state administration and uplifting the livelihood of Kedah people where it fail miserably.
